We are looking for 5 design partners to help us build Charlie.

You are a good fit if

You use TypeScript in one or more repos
Your codebase is built with TypeScript, giving Charlie the type information needed for intelligent code understanding.

You use GitHub for version control
Your team collaborates through GitHub pull requests and issues, where Charlie will integrate seamlessly.

You use Slack for team communication
Your team stays connected via Slack, where Charlie can provide updates and notifications about development progress.

You use Linear for project management
Your workflow includes Linear for issue tracking, allowing Charlie to understand and contribute to your development priorities.

You're willing to collaborate under proper guardrails
Under the correct legal agreements and security measures, you're open to letting Charlie access your repo, joining our Slack for feedback, and participating in weekly calls for 6 weeks.

You are a small, AI-native software team with 2 to 10 technical contributors

You use Sentry for error monitoring

Your TypeScript usage is closer to monorepo than microservices architecture

6 Week Partnership

What we ask of you during our 6-week design partnership to transform your development workflow.

Craft every pull request and code change to your codebase via Issues. Charlie becomes your primary developer.

Your technical contributors shift from crafting code to reviewing changes. Focus on strategy and quality.

Experience the rate of code changes going vertical as Charlie accelerates your development cycle.

Speak with us at least 1x per week plus provide interim feedback to optimize the experience.

Because Charlie built all of Charlie (~90% of PRs) with <5 contributors in weeks not years.
